After working in industry for several years, Jim purchased the family farm and found pleasure in “life on the farm”. Family time was special to Jim. He provided many fun filled opportunities at home and the cottage. Jim was a handyman extraordinaire; his ability to create, combined with his charitable nature touched many. He once said “my hobby makes two people happy”. Jim was a proud member of the Beamsville Lions Club and enjoyed the comradery of his fellow members.  The family is very thankful to all those who provided care to Jim during his illness. As per Jim's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service or visitation. In lieu of flowers or donations, in Jim’s spirit, please lend a hand to others.
