Obituary of Murray Thomson

Thomson, Murray Osborne Garth - At the St.Catharines General Hospital, on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, Murray Thomson, aged 87 years, of Vineland. Dearest loved husband of Jeanne and most loving father of Murray (Leanne), Jennie (James) Warden and Sarah (Stephen)Gow. Grandpa to Johnathan, Dylan, Griffin and Violet. Dear brother of Rev. David Thomson & Mary Houston. Predeceased by brothers Robert and Garth. Murray was a tank squadron commander of the Royal Canadian Dragoons and was managing editor of the St.Catharines Standard from 1980 to 1994. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at St. John's Anglican Church, 2878 St.John's Drive, Jordan, on Saturday, November 28 at 1:00 p.m. If desired, donations to St. John's Anglican Church or the Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated.
